Nearo CSAE Standards

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
Nearo enforces a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Any publishing, sharing, promoting, searching for, or facilitating access to CSAE content is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
- Any content depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Sexualized nudity of minors or content suggesting exploitation.
- Attempts to contact minors for exploitative purposes (grooming).
- Content that promotes, instructs, or facilitates CSAE.
3. Reporting and enforcement
Users can report violating content or behavior in-app and by email at contact@nearo.pl.
Reports related to child safety are prioritized and reviewed without undue delay.
- Immediate removal or restriction of violating content.
- Temporary or permanent account suspension for policy violations.
- Cooperation with relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.
4. Age restriction
The Nearo app is intended only for adults aged 18+.
If we become aware of an underage account, access may be restricted or the account removed.
